Company Background
Syarikat Air Johor Sdn. Bhd.(SAJSB) was established on 16 December 1993 as per the decision of the Johor State Executive Council on 7 December 1993.
SAJSB is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Johor State Government and is chaired by the Chief Minister of Johor. This company has been entrusted by the State Government as the owner of water assets in the State of Johor.
As an important instrument for managing the State Government’s water assets, SAJSB always maintains the best performance in handling a transaction and strives to improve the company’s performance to a more commendable level so that the company can provide the best services for the state.
The profits earned by the company will be utilized for the development of water assets in the State of Johor.
